Get paid to review AI's work in your field.
We recruit experienced attorneys, physicians, engineers and finance professionals for remote AI training projects. You check AI-generated work against your own professional judgment and correct it. Contract work, flexible hours, alongside your practice.
- Paid hourly
- Remote, most roles US-based
- Set your own hours
- No cost to apply
What your hours are worth
Pick your field and set the hours you'd give each week. Figures use the typical pay range for that field.
Estimate only, not a guarantee of work or earnings. Hours depend on the work available on each project, and pay is set by the platform for each role.
Paid AI training work in 17 fields
Every field needs real professional experience. Open spots and pay ranges are updated weekly.
What a typical task looks like
Review an AI's legal analysis
Read how the model handled a litigation or contract scenario. Flag the issues it missed, the conclusions it can't support, and rewrite the reasoning the way you would.
Assess a clinical plan
Look at the model's assessment of an inpatient case. Mark what's unsafe, unsupported or incomplete, and explain what a hospitalist would do instead.
Check an investment memo
Test an AI-written memo or model against how you'd underwrite the deal. Correct the numbers, the assumptions and the logic.

Work on projects when it suits you
Tasks are remote and flexible. Pay is hourly, set by the platform for each role.
Built for practicing professionals
Most experts take this on alongside a full-time role. The work rewards judgment, not technical AI knowledge.
- You hold an active license or advanced degree in your field
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on practice
- You're based in the US (most roles)
- You want paid work that uses your expertise, on your own schedule
Caliber Experts is an independent recruitment service. We aren't the employer. We take part in referral programs run by AI training platforms, and we refer applicants to those platforms. When someone we refer is accepted and completes paid work, the platform pays us a referral fee. It never comes out of your pay, and applying never costs you anything.
Before you apply
Is this real, paid work?
Yes. The projects are run by established AI training platforms that supply expert data to AI companies. Pay is set by the platform and confirmed before you start, and you're paid for the hours you work.
How many hours do I need to commit?
Most projects are flexible. Where a project has a minimum, we'll tell you before you apply.
Do I need experience with AI?
No. The work uses your professional expertise. Familiarity with AI tools helps but isn't required.
Can I do this alongside my current role?
Usually, yes. You work on scenarios and documents the project provides, so you never use client or patient information. Check your employer's or firm's policy on outside work before you start.
Who can apply?
Most roles are open to US-based professionals. Each field lists its typical license and experience requirements, and the platform confirms eligibility when you apply.
Why apply through Caliber Experts?
We point you to current roles that match your experience and help you through the application. The platform pays us a referral fee if you're accepted, so it costs you nothing.

Who we are
Caliber Experts is an independent recruitment service that refers experienced professionals to paid AI training work on third-party platforms, through those platforms' referral programs. You can reach us through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms: your name, email, field, years of experience, whether you're US-based, and anything else you choose to add, such as your LinkedIn profile or a message. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad tracking. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address the way any web service does.
How we use it
To reply to you, point you to roles that suit your experience and follow up on your application. We may email you about roles in your field. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Form messages reach us through a form-processing service (Web3Forms) and are handled with standard email and messaging tools. We don't pass your details to any platform. You apply to roles yourself through the link we send you, which tells the platform we referred you so it can pay us a referral fee. The platform's own privacy policy then applies to what you give it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to help with your application. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact form. If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, we'll honor the rights that law gives you in the same way.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
